利达报警控制器与消防电梯、迫降系统联动控制规范

消防电梯是火灾救援、人员疏散、物资转运的核心垂直交通设施,普通电梯火灾时需停用封闭,防止烟火侵入电梯井造成人员被困与火势蔓延。利达火灾报警控制器通过标准化逻辑编程与总线联动控制,实现消防电梯自动迫降、普通电梯紧急停用、电梯状态监测的全套联动功能,严格遵循消防规范时序与逻辑,保障火灾时电梯系统安全可控,为救援疏散工作提供支撑。
硬件联动层面,利达控制器与电梯系统通过专用输入输出模块实现对接,所有电梯迫降控制信号、状态反馈信号均通过消防总线传输。电梯控制柜预留消防联动接口,与消防模块对接后,可接收控制器下发的迫降、停机指令,同时将电梯运行楼层、开关门状态、故障状态、迫降到位状态实时反馈至控制器主机。硬件施工需严格隔离消防控制线路与电梯动力线路,独立穿管敷设,做好屏蔽防护,避免强电干扰导致联动信号失效、电梯误动作。模块供电采用稳定DC24V电源,保障指令输出精准可靠,杜绝电压波动引发的联动异常。

普通客梯、货梯的联动逻辑为紧急停用迫降。控制器输出联动指令,发送迫降信号至所有普通电梯控制柜,电梯立即取消所有内外呼指令,停止楼层响应,自动匀速迫降至首层指定停靠位置。电梯抵达首层后,自动打开电梯门并保持常开状态,同时电梯控制柜切断电梯运行电源,锁定设备运行功能,禁止人员继续使用,防止火灾时电梯井形成烟囱效应、烟火侵入轿厢,造成人员被困伤亡。电梯迫降到位、断电锁定后,状态信号实时反馈至利达控制器,主机弹窗显示所有电梯迫降状态、到位情况,完成闭环联动。
消防电梯的联动逻辑为待命迫降,区别于普通电梯完全停用。火情触发后,控制器联动消防电梯自动迫降首层,取消所有运行任务,停靠首层并保持开门待命状态,但不切断消防电梯电源,保持设备通电待机。此时消防电梯退出日常运行模式,切换为消防专用模式,仅供消防救援人员通过专用钥匙操控使用,可快速运送救援人员、灭火设备、转移被困人员,大幅提升火灾救援效率。消防电梯的运行状态、待命状态全程反馈至控制器,主机实时监测设备工况。
利达控制器具备完善的电梯联动管控与应急调试功能。自动模式下,系统严格按照预设逻辑自动完成电梯迫降、停用、待命动作,无需人工干预;手动模式下,工作人员可通过消防控制室主机,单独控制单台或全部电梯的迫降、复位操作,适配设备调试、应急处置、日常检修场景。同时系统具备分区联动功能,可根据起火区域精准控制对应楼栋、单元的电梯联动,无需全域动作,降低设备损耗。
系统故障监测与保护机制进一步保障联动可靠性。利达控制器可实时监测电梯联动模块故障、线路断路、信号中断、电梯迫降失败等异常状态,一旦检测到故障,立即上报故障警报,精准定位故障设备与线路位置,便于运维人员快速排查修复。火灾处置完成、现场火情完全扑灭后,工作人员可通过控制器主机一键复位电梯系统,解除消防锁定,恢复电梯日常运行功能。
日常运维中,电梯联动常见问题主要包括电梯迫降延迟、部分电梯无动作、迫降后无反馈、消防电梯无法切换专用模式等。故障诱因多为联动模块损坏、接口接线松动、主机编程逻辑错乱、电梯控制柜消防回路故障。运维人员需每季度开展电梯联动模拟测试,检验火警触发后电梯迫降速度、动作状态、信号反馈是否合规,定期对接电梯维保单位,联合调试联动接口与逻辑程序,消除联动隐患。
